Kudos to our moving team. The packing team was friendly and thorough. Our moving team was exceptional. The team leader, Zack, was extremely professional and positive. We had a challenging move (huge sofa, useless elevator, hot/humid conditions) and he and Jacob managed to make some miracles happen. Honestly, I think there should have been more people assigned to this move due to the amount of furniture and level of difficulty. I hope they both got some well-deserved time off.

My team was EXCELLENT. It consisted of 4 young men but I can only remember 3 names. They are Luke, Dre, Robinson and a 4th one. One of them was a trainee so I really got 4 for the price of 3. It was amazing that they could get everything packed up in 2 1/2 hours and unloaded in 2 1/2 hours. Thank you so much again...........

The staff and employees were wonderful to work with. They hustled and for the most part, did a good job. One item of furniture was damaged as the wooden leg of a table was bumped and broken. Overall they did a good job. Great attitudes, respectful, and we would use them again despite the damaged furniture.
