The two guys were polite and efficient, No wasted time, they put items where we wanted them, even moved items if ask.

I was so impressed with Mikaela. I was a problem customer and had last minute changes right up to the day before the move. She took it in stride and melade everything easy. I was a little disappointed that I was charged 16 dollars for the mattress bag when she told me it came with the service when I specifically asked if they could shrink wrap the bed. I was a little shocked at the ending price as I had used you guys to move from Haslett to East Lansing from a third floor to a first floor and it ended up costing me more to move five miles, around the same amount of boxes and maybe 5 more furniture items. Over all I would do it again because it works with my work schedule. I didn't have the time or energy to do it myself. The moving guys were so polite to my mom she was so impressed! Thanks

Charles and Matt were very prompt, courteous and careful with our stuff. They moved some very heavy furniture items and did so safely and without any kind of grumbling about how hard it was to move! Thank you!

The move was very short, but the way my apartment hallway was set up posed a puzzle to get bigger pieces of furniture, especially my sofa, out. While they didn't manage to get the sofa out while (which was fine, it was on the way to Godwill anyway), the guys were efficient and good sports about my lack of complete preparation.

My movers, Neil, Owen, and Mike were extremely courteous and professional. They worked very quickly while treating my antiques and other valuables with extra care. I would definitely recommend them.

The two men arrived on time and were hard working. They were helpful and explained all service provided. I needed moving my office to another office one week before I called and was accommodated with the day I wanted. Very happy and will definitely use again.

John W, Jacob J, Jacob H, and Marco W did an excellent job of loading and unloading including putting things in the right place. The team made an all out effort to make the job run smoothly.
