Office staff told me the movers would arrive between 8:00 - 9:00 the day of the move and would call first. They did call about 8:00 and told me they didn't realize we had things in storage there and it would take them about 3 hours to put on the truck. That would put them at our apartment about 12:30 pm. They also didn't know that things were being picked up at the apartment and everything then taken to a home in Charlotte. All of this was discussed with your office staff prior to the move date several times. Very disappointed with your company. The last time we used your company, in December 2017 the movers gouged the master bedroom wall while moving the furniture. They all denied it and I put in a report and it was never fixed!

Evan & Alizae were excellent movers, fast, efficient workers & made sure they were clear on where to put everything. The move was to a much smaller apartment so getting everything in but stacked to ensure my Dad's safety was important & they both worked hard to accomplish this.

This was our third time using Two Men and a Truck to move us, from the office staff to the movers they were professional and organized which made our move go much easier! Thank you!

In general, I was satisfied with the move. The two guys were very polite and eager to do well and worked hard and were accommodating, but a couple of times I cringed when a wall was bumped or scraped. The fabric of a box springs was scraped and soiled in a small spot while on the truck. The thin fabric on the bottom of another box springs had two small rips that weren’t there before. Some metal fold up chairs were left leaning again a piece of wooden furniture in the storage unit. They rolled the Weber grill the full length of my very rough driveway instead of picking it up or putting a cart under it. The price seemed high, but I didn’t have time to get other bids. But it got done.

I've used Two Men and a Truck several times because they truly live by The Grandma Rule. The world would be a much nicer place if everyone lived by that rule.

I can't say enough about what a wonderful job the workers did. The weather was terribly warm that day, and there were no complaints. Just very professional, polite, courteous, and did a great job. Plan to have the truck and workers back to move the rest of our belongings in the near future.

What an awesome job the whole team did. I will never use anyone else to move. The moving team made it apparent that they were going as fast as they could to make it a good experience for us and to make the move as easy as possible. The office team followed through on everything they said they would. Great job!
