I liked entire experience. Friendly & courteous staff; good people; effective communication & good follow up. My two movers were attentive, professional & went above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Special shout out & big kudos to Cheyenne in particular. She was amazing!! She was super strong, smart & talented. She was a true leader and is a brilliant employee. She gave great direction.

It seems photos from walk through quote were never relayed to the movers, because they arrived for a load-only job without a dolly. Luckily we had one from U-hual. Toward the end of the job the movers began rushing to get to another job because there were 3 furniture pieces that were not wrapped in felt pads which are now dented or scratched.
