The packing and loading/unloading team were on time and kept us informed of where they were at in the process. The teams were extremely polite and professional. The leads took time to communicate with my 80 yr old in-laws and took the time needed to make them feel comfortable about moving out of the home they had lived in for 60+ yrs.

As you can see I was pleased with the movers, although I was not satisfied in that we had much more than was anticipated to move. I feel in the future instead of doing it on the phone a representative should visit the residence in person to make sure they are well aware of the contents of residence and what it will take to move in trucks and equipment so that the move can be priced more in line with what needs to be moved. This move was certainly underestimated for the quantity of boxes and other items to be moved. Other than the estimating method, the move was excellent and your employees were the best.

They came in, packed up the furniture and moved everything to the new house. Nothing was damaged. They were fast and efficient. What more can you ask for?

Both Ryan and Jacob were great and hard workers. Despite a strap breaking in route and a mirror breaking, They explained the process of working with Two Men and a Truck to get it fixed. Have followed up and are expecting the mirror to be picked up today for repairs!
