Overall things were great, however -

Our property and our new house was damaged pretty severely... still waiting to get it fixed, if it even can be. All of the furniture should have been wrapped, it would have prevented a lot of the damage.

Also, our move is not actually complete, because the truck was not big enough to fit everything from our apartment. So we are having to pay extra to rent a uhaul for the remaining items... we would have paid for more time for everything to be moved, but it didn’t seem like a priority.

The movers were very nice and professional, and overall I’m thankful for the help with our move. But honestly, for the price we paid, I would have expected greater care to be taken of our furniture and our new home.

Although the movers were great, I was very disappointed that they showed up in a rental truck....not your own. This move was scheduled 6 weeks in advanced and while I understand things happen, things like “oil changes” should be planned better so that rental trucks are not required. And due to the fact that they had a rental truck with fewer tie down points, a marble table top was broken. Damage report was filed 5 days ago and we have not been contacted yet regarding replacement/compensation. I would have expected a call within 2 business days of the report.

I was initially very happy with service. I was a little disappointed when there was damage done to my entertainment center, which one of the movers clearly noticed, but did not mention to me. That same day (8-1-19) I called Two Men and a Truck and spoke to Kevin to advise of damage. Initially Kevin was very helpful and I texted him pictures of the damage. I have not heard from Kevin since -- I called on 8-8-19 and left a message - no response - disappointing as it would be nice to know one way or the other how my claim is going to be treated.

Excellent/Good Service. Only issue is after the movers left, I noticed that there was a fair amount of paint chipped off at the entry door.

We will never use two men and a truck again. The movers damaged our home in several areas, broke our furniture and kept discussing subject matters that were completely inappropriate, such as our finances and house size, with me. They did not use their time efficiently, thus over charging me on the time estimate. I still have not heard back about replacing our broken furniture, nor have all the damages to our home been repaired. Just a terrible experience.

The movers took 1 HOUR before they started even packing me up. Then spent another hour trying to figure out how to take my treadmill apart. My treadmill got 465 in damage I had to turn in for a claim. They put a hole in the liner of my nice sectional sofa. I made a claim and haven't heard back yet. Very unhappy . I asked to reimbursed for an hour and haven't heard back. Last time I used you it only took 45 minutes to pack up. Not FOUR HOURS.

Sent 1 of 4 packers who had zero training or experience packing items. Put multiple custom framed photos & art work in box with NO wrapping paper. Luckily I saw this & he was told to individually wrap each item. Packers left before job was done. Moving crew was very helpful, respectful, courteous and worked very long day. Hung a custom white lampshade from hook inside truck & got black grease on 1 side. BUT they were super nice to work with considering we needed things unloaded in 3 different areas. Hard pack & move as our things will be stored for 1 year. Pretty pricey compared to 2 other moving companies. Overall a big move, pretty happy:)

1 of the boys were very aloof throughout the entire move - no care with my things - no idea how to move something...I directed at times. No care or thought as to how to handle moving a file cabinet...left it on it's side (think about it...papers are inside!) Could have set it upright. Took apart a desk to move (it was required to do that) - but then didn't remember how to put it back together. Said that some of the pieces weren't originally hooked together - they were! Desk was not put back together correctly and pieces fell apart after setting it up. Scratched up a newly painted wall in 2 places. Had no tools - used mine.
The other boy that was helping move was very good - enthusiastic, hard worker, had an idea of how to move things...he tried doing all the work.

the initial load of my property on Friday for a 1200 mile move was done so poorly I took pictures of it and sent it over to you guys by 9 am on Saturday morning.

My art was not individually wrapped, tables just tossed on the pile, things not strapped down. it was obvious your guys were rushing. Though i was promised by Mikayla a call back within the hour -that was 9 a.m. I did not hear until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. 2 gentleman came out and they ended up unloading everything in the truck and repacked it . it still is not done well I've got pictures of this and I spoke to my lawyer and I will be following up with this. i am a very successful realtor with Century 21 and will spread the pics and experience around as well. You guys should not even be open for business.

The job was over $1,000 to move 3 items less than 100 miles; It was to settle an estate or it would have never happened. One item was smashed, it's mirror broken, the top in several pieces and it's structure broken before it was out of the house.
