Carter did an excellent job with his moving team. We were grateful for the time and care they took with our furniture, etc. We had some very heavy items and they did a great job handling them without damage to the items or the home. We would highly recommend them!!

- We were surprised to learn that our bunk beds would not be RE-assembled. It would have been nice if this had been discussed when we did our estimate.
- The packing / moving out team lost some of our hardware which made things tough for the move in team.
Move - in team (Carter, Jaylen, Hunter, Ryan) was absolutely outstanding.
Customer service (Kevin Swisher) has been outstanding as well.

Your packers are horrible. We had great movers. If the movers hadn't been so good my things would not have made it in 1 PC. I would have been better off hiring 2 jr high student to pack my things. Would not recommend the packers for anything. Our 2 movers were great

The men that moved us were great. They moved us and nothing was broken and they finished under the estimated time.

Your three man team worked hard to meet our moving needs. They listened and asked thoughtful questions. They were positive and respectful, polite and engaging.
