Mary Ellen would be proud to know that her company is still providing the good 'ol service she always insisted on. Ya all did just an outstanding job with our move to include the timing of the move out/in, and the storage in pods while we were waiting for our new construction house to be ready.

The movers ripped apart a brand new high end mattress, broke the corner of the baseboard, gouged walls, and got mud all over the brand new carpet in the rec room and bedroom. They were told not to come in that way and especially not with their cart, but they continued anyway.

Other than what I thought.....that being that the price should have been adjusted to the weight of my items (560 lbs.) rather than the given minimum weight of 5900 lbs. for which I paid
To be fair, I still feel payment adjustment should have been made rather than being charged ($2,434.87), for your advised minimum pounds (5,900 ?). The charge, I thought, should have been in accord with the actual weight of my items.. 560 pounds. I chose your firm because I desired professional care for a new reclining chair.
Hindsight makes me think that I should have contacted other professional moving companies.

The guys took a lot of care with belongings which was important to me. I had a vintage case with glass doors and they spent a lot of time problem solving how to best package it for a long trip.
