We were generally very well pleased, except no one informed us about using plastic covering on our carpets (which were white!). We were not told in advance about the possibility of using it or that it was even an option, so we were distressed when the day was rainy that no one even suggested it to us. When a friend stopped by and told us we should use this, the workers had none on their truck even! We certainly would have ordered it, had we known

Movers and packers (Brown and Veldman) did an excellent job. What they thought was going to be a 3 hour job ended up being a 12 hour job. They stuck to it, didn't complain and were cheery to the end. You MUST give these guys a raise! Thank you!

I will use them again. The 3 men who assisted with packing then moving my personal property were polite and hard working. They kept a can do attitude even when getting tired (it was a long day with 2 delivery locations). I will refer them to anyone I know moving.
