The office person Kaylie was amazing, so impressive and thorough. The packers I felt did not accomplish much in the 6 hours they were there. Was very disappointed with amount of work that got done. Anthony seemed to be the only one who took his job seriously. They had to come back next day and finish packing and those guys, day 2 were great .

My furniture was broken beyond repair by your movers and you are giving me the runaround about compensating me even though we paid for your additional valuation insurance.
