Moving team arrived AND departed before the appointment time. Thus leaving behind more than $500.00 worth of goods and belongings.
I was charged more than $400.00.
So, the whole experience cost me more than $1,000.00!!

Chris we are at a bit of a loss on this feedback. Yes the crew got to you at an earlier time than expected. The items left behind were approved by the person on site who initialed on the paperwork that all the items from the house that needed to be taken were taken. Conversely, We would have been more than happy to come back to the house and move the items that were left but we were not made aware until the time of this review that the items in questions still needed to be moved. We always tell our customers if you have an issue please let us know at the time of a problem so we can remedy it immediately.

Was not sent the number of trucks I was told. Curtis called me a liar And argued with me and was horrible!

We regret the outcome of this day Christopher. There was some miscommunication on the availability of the 2nd truck. Fortunately we were still able to execute the move within the estimated time and budget. Thank you for your feedback on the move. We will make this a learning experience to insure our customers do not have this situation repeated in the future.

The team that was involved in my move was fantastic. The four men were very professional and never stopped working. Excellent crew. They were very polite,courteous, careful and gentlemen the entire long day. I can not say enough positive words or phrases for these young men. Great job and thank you for making a stressful time more enjoyable !

The Jackson, Mi Company was very easy to work with. Got everything done as they told me over the phone. No money paid up front, only at unloading. The 2 men were Brock & Alex & they did a great job !!! Were very polite. Wrapped my furniture well & were on time. Made our move from TN to MI easy !!! Price was fair. Thanks, 2 men & a truck.

I was absolutely impressed with how careful, competent, and friendly the moving team was. They included Tyler, Alex, and Mike. They wrapped my furniture in blankets and plastic wrap and packed my items in their truck very strategically. Having a big house meant a lot of belongings that needed to be transported; they worked eleven hours to get the job done. I would highly recommend them to others!
