Every one of the guys sent to help us with a truckload (5 times) were polite and accommodating. Some of the teams are a little better than others but all took very good care of our possessions. The couple of minor damages incurred were handled promptly and professionally and to my satisfaction. It is why I used this company for all the moves we needed in the past 6 months.

Our experience was overall excellent. The back office team and movers were great to work with. Curtis in the Jackson office was really good with communications and the movers were extremely careful with the contents of our home.

The team lead by Cody were 100% efficient, plus they were very courteous, pleasant, and professional. We were very impressed!
