Brad and Austin did an excellent job. They really complimented each other and were extremely professional. However, little Mr. Austin has some areas to work on. Please understand I do believe he is an asset to your company. Yet he may need to slow down a little. Nothing serious, but he tipped over the contents in my TV stand, thus making more work for me. Again it really is no big deal to me but maybe for someone else. Also can someone please tell Austin to take a shower before coming to work. Ten minutes into the job, he had a bad odor. Please address this issue.

Movers showed up on time and were able to quickly do the job with professionalism. Thumbs up

Devon and Jake were fantastic!!! I am glad we got them even though my name was placed on the wrong move address work order. Will ask for them again.

The move overall was fantastic. There was a little damage to my property, however it is an EXTREMELY difficult item to move that had slight damage. Out of the crew who helped 3 out of the 4 were extremely hard working. The crew was respectful, got the job done in the alotted time and made my moving experience much easier and took a lot of burden off of my shoulders. Thank you for the help and last minute availability!

Used a year ago, was extremely happy with service and move then, this time not at all. First, I requested and told that I could have the same movers as before but when truck arrived there were two different men. One, Brock, was very friendly and hard worker. The other one, Jeff, was lazy, rough with furniture and boxes and not friendly. There was damage done to apt walls inside apt and in hallway of apt. Once I unpacked a clearly marked “FRAGILE - BREAKABLE” box it was discovered that 8 out of the 10glasses in there were shattered. Yes they were wrapped - in paper and bubble wrap, but the way the boxes were shuffled around and tossed.well there’s the answer. Jeff wasn’t going to put bed together, just put pieces in room and said there you go. Called to complain, sd they’d have Mgr call m

The only problem I had is I had my drawers all cleaned out and they packed stuff in there.
