The crew leader seemed to be the only experienced person, he worked hard to get the job done. The kid whose uncle got him the job (supposedly a supervisor in the company) did little to nothing. I could carry more at age 61 then him he was worthless. The other one was back and forth he would work some then slack back. This job should not have taken this amount of time. If they had used the dolly to bring up or down sereeral totes at a time like the crew leader did instead of one by one as the other two did the job would have been completed a whole lot sooner. I will never use your company again nor will I ever recommend your company. I was shocked, but extremely excited when I was offered next-day service. The movers were very careful with my things, friendly and accommodating. They asked where I wanted things and placed them accordingly. They worked quickly and efficiently. Most notable, was that the movers acted like they liked their job- even on a hot day. I thought they looked a little rough to begin with, but they won me over. They made an effort to act professional, which was really appreciated under stressful circumstances.

My wife and I had sold our home in Grass Lake and we were not able to move into our new home right away. We searched for a moving company that offered short-term storage along with the actual move. We contacted Jana at Two Men And A Truck, who was very personable and easy to talk to. She put our minds at ease about how they would handle our situation from start to finish. She gave us an idea of what our estimated costs would be and we felt they were very reasonable. On moving day, our crew consisted of: Curt, Jeff, Kyle and Donnie. Each one of them were very friendly and professional. They surveyed our house and formulated a plan prior to their work. They took great care not to damage any property and loaded all our goods into two trucks. We were very pleased....highly recommend them!

The 1st I used Two Men and a Truck was 15 years ago when I was charged with moving an office of 5. The move was efficient and well within budget. I recommend 2MT often after that move. I also used 2MT for personal moves and had a great experience.
This move however had issues. Furniture was left at my former home. Boxes that were clearly marked where not place in the correct rooms/floors. I also had an odd issues with my washing machine. After calling the issues were addressed. I am content with the result. The move cost more than expected. I believe that the young men while professional were honestly exhausted. I feel this raised the cost of my move. I would recommend 2MT, urge keeping an exacting eye on all aspects of the move and to be prepared to pay the high quote on the estimate

We paid more than the highest establishment by $200. The movers seemed really slow at times. By attempting to get a couch in one of our rooms they damaged the wall and the couch. We are still waiting for a call on the damage.

The movers were excellent. Fast, friendly, and professional. They provided excellent customer service. Your company is lucky to have them on staff.

Brock & Guy shared pertinent information that I needed for living at my new address & were extremely efficient! Honestly, they could’ve charged me more & I would’ve gladly paid it!

The movers were knowledgeable and courteous. They moved quickly and efficiently. They even beat the estimated time. My mother-in-law and daughter recommended Two Men and a Truck having used your company in the past. They were both happy with the service.

My appointment time was not met and no one contacted me about any delays. I took a day off work for the move which did not happen on the day that was scheduled. Suggest the movers contact the customer when they know they are not going to meet the timeframe set so the home owner can make a new plan.

Everyone was professional and personal. Communications between the team members was constant, complete and friendly. The same from management and the team with the customer. They were efficient and proficient in their work.
