Not only was one of the team members an hour late to get started, but our delivery at our home was well over 1.5 hours late. I went to our storage unit this week and found multiple broken items from your “teams work”. Shattered glass, broken book shelves, broken lamps and more. I am so disgusted with how our items were treated by the Jackson team! I have used this company before but in a different area and I expected the same level of high quality work and professionalism. Sadly, we did not receive that. I would not recommend using the Jackson area Two Men and a Truck.

Moving team was great. However, the second time I have said the items being moved were building materials, tile etc... second time the office did not relay this info to moving crew who AGAIN said they could not move those items.

I called with a last-minute request and told the operator I needed it moved within a specific time frame. I was quoted within that time frame, but the movers showed up nearly 4 hours late. No one called me to tell me they were running late, I had to call the office. The drive time told to me by the driver was 40 minutes, but then, after 2 hours of waiting, he changed it to an hour and twenty minutes. I had to wait 4 hours at a home being foreclosed upon getting yelled at by the homeowner for holding them up. When the movers showed up they told me "we don't do the scheduling" and didn't even bother to apologize. I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone I know.

It was a great move. We packed ourselves. but every thing arrived in good order. The men were courteous, on time and did a fantastic job. Best of all I did not have to do it myself!

Everything was GREAT. Communication and answering questions. On time. Movers were very personable, and friendly, but worked hard and knew what they were doing. They made sure everything was taken with care, and arrived in one piece.

The workers showed. up on time. Did excellant work and finished before the estimated time allotment. I would recommend this company to my friends.

The initial phone call was so helpful and the moving team was fun and friendly. They made this experience so easy for my 82 year old mom!! We can't thank them enough for their energy.

Overall experience was positive, I realize time is a major factor, but as the time frame went on , and moving a lot of heavy items, we were all getting tired, and a bit less effective. More water, a five minute break? only suggestions, and maybe they did this. I did not have a reminder to do a walk through after pieces were placed at destination, we were all tired, granted, after I signed the paperwork, discovered some damage on my armoire. The second crew wrote this up and took a picture. I wasn't able to be at the storage unit to watch that process, but items were definitely packed into the unit. I guess efficiently, hope so. Overall an effiecient crew. Thank you , M. J. Clarke
