Kelsey in Holland Michigan was absolutely incredible helping me arrange for a move from out of state. She took extra care to help me from long distance and followed up with me numerous times. I cannot thank them enough.

The team was good, but they were very slow. Despite there being 3 team members, it took over 7 hours to complete the job. The estimate was 5 hours. It took several hours to pack the truck from the storage garage and move the items. While the wrapping was appreciated, it also made the cost more than was expected. We were very busy unpacking but also started moving boxes ourselves (after they were moved to the garage) so we could speed things up.

The Two Men andamp; A Truck team was courteous, on time, and professional throughout our move. I was highly satisfied with their work ethic and the overall job they did. Derrick, Keith, and Q were a great crew to work with.

The office needs to explain better but your 2 HR window of time. That messed up my whole day cause I would have done things differently.
But movers explained things which helped and they did A GREAT job!!!
