Movers were excellent very polite and hardworking . Only issue was with hank who came out to give my estimate. He misled me about the piano and gave me the idea your company was experienced moving a piano like his when they clearly were not. I felt like he sold me a pitch to get my business as well as significantly underestimating the weight. You should hire your movers to do his job they’d probably be more accurate having actual moving experience and were more professional.

The office staff at your Nunica office were professional, friendly and helpful. Hank, a Relocation Consultant came out to assess our needs and give us advice, pricing and contract. His services were invaluable and made us feel very confident that Two Men and a Truck was a great choice. Moving day went exactly as planned and we couldn't be more satisfied. Chance and Blair were excellent representatives of your company! We will absolutely recommend Two Men and a Truck to our friends here at our senior community and use their services again in the future.

Your employees and company reputation are extremely high; and I have always had excellent service

The job was not quoted correctly or the pack team did not meet the expectations of the quoter. The second truck was not filled completely because the movers did not pack the truck correctly. We ended up having to move a lot of stuff by ourselves which is exactly why we hired movers to begin with. The movers stacked the boxes in the basement in a manner that blocked all mechanicals and electrical box when they had other options. We had to move all the boxes for safety reasons. We had used Two Men and a Truck several times before and were very happy. This time was a disappointment. Big cost overrun and a delay in moving because of what we had to finish ourselves.

Joe and Josh were fantastic. They did an excellent job moving us. They were polite, friendly, were very careful with our furniture. They explained what they were going to do before they started moving us. They are a great team of guys!

The experience was far above expectations. I will always use Two Men and a Truck as well as recommend them.

Blair and Josh were amazing. They were friendly and personable from start to finish. They both worked very hard and continuously throughout the entire day. They were also very efficient, which was wonderful. There was no wasted time. They were also not shy or intimidated to ask questions (e.g. room placement for objects/boxes, or items needing to be moved), which helped the process run smoothly. Jordan also stopped by and was tremendously helpful. During his check-in, we remembered having moved before when Jordan was one of our movers, and it was very nice to see a familiar face. The only issue we found later were a few dings and dents in furniture, and a few scuffs on the walls, but again, nothing major. It was a long day, they were carrying really heavy things.

Joe and Josh from the Nunica store are very efficient and courteous. Very customer service oriented. Young men and respectful. Hope not to move again but if we do will call them. Thank you for making our move easier! I never put excellent on a survey, but Joe and Josh earned it!
