The guys were extremely professional and friendly, along with coming across as being trustful I would like to recommend that the company comes up with a special rate for senior citizens and one item. Such as a couch, or chair, maybe even one appliance for one special service price per item. Which would only be available within certain miles from pick-up to delivery, it could make your service more financially affordable for seniors, and for one-item delivery. Manage the cost by incorporating more than one such delivery per-day from different customers, and removing the delivery times, which would be now open within a twenty-four hour time? Please tell the guys thanks for the extra effort they had to make just to get the couch through our sliding kitchen window.

We were very happy with our moving team. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were careful and courteous. On delivery the next day, the same comments apply.

The movers were very courteous and competent. The office was professional and kept me well informed up to the day of the move. The one glitch was, that after moving my appointment window back an hour, the moving team still arrived 45 minutes after the window time ended. They did not call to say they were running late. But they did call when they were on their way, which was helpful. When I tried to call the office, it was closed and the manager on call's phone went to voicemail and because the box was full, I was unable to leave a message. That was pretty disconcerting as it was a Saturday and I was at this location from out of state. 2 suggestions - have mgr equipped w/phone he/she can answer on off hours, have movers call when arrival is past given/stated window time slot

I have used Two Men and a Truck 3 times over the last 10 years. They are the most courteous and professional "strong men" I have ever dealt with. They are always willing to do the heavy work with a smile on their face. The office staff was very clear on everything that was to be accomplished. I highly recommend them to anyone who is moving or is just moving items around in a house. They have always been a pleasure to be around.

The movers were very nice and courteous. I liked their willingness to help in whatever they could. Asked first was needed to be moved. Overall a very good move and placed everything where I needed my furniture. Excellent attitude and an excellent experience I would highly recommend them!

The moving team (Joe, Josh and Khari) that took care of my Mom's move from her family home to a retirement community, treated her and her items with respect and care. It was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

Workers were very friendly and helpful, but we're not aware of extent of our move. Even though two men and a truck had done the moving of our things to storage originally. Had to reschedule another day to finish move. Also I had been told movers would take apart and set up beds and dressers. Overs said couldn't put back together because hadn't been ones to take apart.

Movers commented multiple times that we were much more prepared than most. We did not have them move items into the house and my wife and I unloaded a significant amount of the truck into the garage ourselves. Yet it took twice as long as predicted. They broke a very expensive crystal pitcher in transit and were very apologetic for it but unfortunately the manager told us it was our fault because they did not pack the box and even implied that we intentionally broke it before hand to take advantage of them. We will not be using two men again and none of our friends will either. My just moved into a new customer home subdivision and the developer will be suggesting that families explore other options when choosing moving services.
