Dispatch and office manager: superb communication, pleasantness, and professionalism. Moving team: generally professional, but seemed unprepared for what I had warned dispatch was a very heavy item and flights of stairs. I observed use of protective fabric and general care for furniture, but lack of proper equipment which resulted in damage to furniture. Perhaps an appliance cart/dolly would have been a good idea? One mover referred to me as "hon", which - although I didn't correct him - I find rather curious and a bit offensive. I would call this company again, as my options in Grand Haven are limited, but I would be very specific about preferred moving equipment. To the Nunica company's credit, manager David called to offer a partial refund for moving expense.

Blair, Josh & Justin were WONDERFUL in all aspects. Very courteous. I NEED THEM again next Wednesday, August 29th mid-late morning to move my furniture in the garage and again Thursday, August 30th afternoon to move the furniture back into my condo. I will call you right now.

Justin , Billy, and Hosea were the guys who moved us and were very helpful. Justin was outstanding.

Darrick and Bobby were superb. They moved VERY heavy furniture in constricted areas without any damage. They were friendly and made sure my needs were met. I would recommend them and your company for anyone planning a move.

When I called to inquire of rates and availability, Kelsey was so very kind, helpful and compassionate (this was a very emotional move). The rate she quoted was in line with what we were hoping, and she worked with our small window of availability. The 2 men who came were professional and hard working. They kept on task. I highly recommend two men and a truck!

Slightly difficult to schedule/get a hold of the office.
Moving team was on time curteous careful efficient and friendly.

I was very please and would recommend and use for future needs.
