I would like to thank Jordan at the Nunica location for his help! There was an error on scheduling and I requested to have packers and that's not what showed, so what I was quoted for money was WAY more than what we spent because of the time it took to get someone there to pack, thank goodness I had slowly been packing things for a month. The first group of guys were great, quick and efficient. The second group that came was NOT good. They left soooo much behind we found and kept saying they just couldn't take that. Which TWO MEN AND A TRUCK moved it there so we knew that was wrong. They even stated it had to be in a box to move, well we hired you to box up and move so that's why its not. That was VERY frustrating to learn. I would use the company again, not the second group though

There were actually 3 men and a truck. One of them was training the other two. They arrived on time and were very courteous. They listened when we explained what was going and what was to stay. They also wrapped up some items in blankets and plastic wrap to help protect them, and they wrapped them extremely well. They worked very hard and as quickly as they could, given the snowy conditions. They were worried about being able to get out of the driveway at our new place. Their truck had kind of bald tires. I do think the company needs to either get new snow tires on their trucks, or supply them with chains! This is Michigan, and we do get a lot of snow and ice at times! You need to keep your employees safe. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone wanting to have their items moved!

From the quote to the moving team completing the job we felt each employee acted professionally and worked together. The job entailed moving a large, heavy safe, but with good preparation and communication the workers finished safely. The supervisor explained the paper work and process of the move clearly. This is the second time we used Two Men and a Truck for moves and weandacirc;??re very satisfied with their work. Weandacirc;??d recommend their services for anyone needing moving assistance. Minus the Cost It Was a very good Move, thanks for the help

The first contact was great - I have used 2M / truck before. Appointment 2 - 4 pm. Got a call at 130 andquot;running lateandquot;. No other calls. At 445 I called. Still running late, shooting for 6. No one checked on the service elevator - fortunately I did as the front office was leaving for the night. Then around 6, boss left with the truck keys. Then at 8 ish the truck shows. Move completed at 930. Movers were fine - they had a long day.
Next move do to lack of courtesy and communication will not be immediately 2M / truck. FYI we used you 4 times in past 1.5 years.

I was treated with a great deal of respect. And everything was taken very good care of. I enjoyed the young men and their sense of humor.

The office staff was so nice about my last minute call for help and were able to schedule my move exactly when I needed it. The were pleasant and professional! I received the paper work and calls exactly as they promised. Brian, Blair and Jewell were absolutely wonderful. The were also professional but personable. They took great care with our furniture and were very efficient and didn't waste time. I really appreciated their help when I needed it most.

I had the team move some new appliances that were still in their original boxes from one location to another, they were quick and did an excellent job!!

The front office was fine, but they should have called the week before just to confirm we were all set with the truck and team. We booked the arrangements about a month in advance and then never heard any follow up. A simple call the week of the move would be prudent, instead of wondering if the truck would show up.
