We had 2 men and a truck unload our truck. John was great! He hustled and took great care with our items! He is a keeper. Mike the other member of the team was not that great. He immediately tried to advise that 1 hour was used up for travel to andamp; from our home, which was inaccurate. We are about 5 miles from the Holland office. Mike disappeared once or twice while John continued to work. Mike asked to use the bathroom and disappeared again for about 10 minutes. They did not put down floor coverings or bring the extra coverings which were requested at time of ordering the service. We selected two men and a truck as we used the Holland office before and the team was outstanding. We were a bit disappointed with this team and will request not to have Mike part of the team next time.

I am the manager of the Tri-Cities Area Habitat for Humanity Re-Store and they are donating their time to help us pickup donation every other Wednesday. I have been in contact with the people that were on their list for last week March 14, 2018. Each place they went to the people were very satisfied with their work. I am also grateful for the time they are donating to us and I want to say thank you to all who helped put this plan in action. Thanks again!

The office staff was wonderful and explained everything completely. The movers were excellent: efficient, polite, and well-trained.

Only reason andquot;appearanceandquot; was rated andquot;goodandquot; was because no uniforms were worn. The men's street clothes were just fine!

Brendan and Alex were on time, very knowledgeable, and very professional. They were courteous and very personable. I was impressed with how quickly they got down to business and how hard they worked. These two young men did a very fine job and are definitely an asset to your team. I would absolutely recommend your company to others and be happy to have them help me in any future moves.
