The guys were quick, courteous, careful and efficient. It would have good if I understood that the hourly charge included the to and from travel time.

The problem with this move is that (I) had to move over half my own stuff because of whatever way your system is set, up movers move your house of furniture and whatever else there is to move. So I'm completely UNSATISFIED with this whole ordeal and plus they were over an hour late but took 10% off the total but unfortunately that didn't do anything for me. I still had to rent another vehicle.

Very happy with the office team, packers, and movers! Everything went so great. The only thing that was a hiccup is that I didn't realize that food couldn't be moved by the movers across state lines.

From the virtual quote to the actual move I was very satisfied with 2 men and a truck’s service. The moving team arrived on time and worked quickly to get all items loaded. They made what I thought would be daunting tasks, such as moving a piano up from the basement a breeze. They also were gracious in helping us place all moved pieces into the new home, even if we ended up changing our minds.
