We had an unfortunate situation where the bed pump got damaged in the move Two Men and a truck reimbursed the cost of a new pump ordered from Sleep Number which was over $ 500. I was impressed in a no defensive take accountability approach. Rest assured I will be using your team on the next move as well!

We actually had 3 "men" and the truck. They arrived orn time. Got the job done! They were friendly and nice to work with. They had 3 stops for us and got everything in and out with care using padding and wrapping to protect many of the items they moved for us.

Overall my husband and I were satisfied with TMAAT. When I called to get a quote the office staff was very friendly and accommodating for the holiday weekend. The office and moving team communicated with us on a regular basis. Only need for improvement was for the moving team to play a better game of Tetris. They didn’t pack the truck as well as we had hoped but that’s the worst thing I could say.

The guys were on time, professional and friendly.
They did break the legs off of the dresser when moving it. In all fairness, he did point out to me that there was a crack on the dresser but, when he stood it on end the pressure of that made the legs break off.
Will definitely use your company again!
