My movers, Jerry and Ian, were great. They worked quickly and were very respectful.
However I think it would be helpful if customers would be informed ahead of time that they should prepare to protect their carpet and floors, or they can choose the option of paying extra for having protective plastic laid down.

I scheduled a move on a day that turned out to be in the middle of a winter storm. The movers still showed up on time and were very efficient in packing up the furniture. I was very happy that all of my furniture was moved into my new house and there are no holes in the walls and no damage to any of the furniture. I will definitely recommend your company in the future.
