Most of the boxes were unmarked. It gave a surprise effect with each box we opened. Most boxes were in the wrong room. Items that they were asked specifically not to pack were packed anyway. New owner papers for example. Other things were never moved. Maybe your help needs hearing aids and the ability to communicate with each other. It t itook much time and many trips between locations to get items where they belonged. I have moved using regular moving companies in the past. I will not use your service again

can not find some parts to my bed and dresser up till today, it took them too long to pick my stuff, all the stuff I needed to be moved were not moved.was over charged, my back door destroyed ,

Great hustle and courteous. Kamen & Kelly met my expectations. The estimation and scheduling was well organized and easy - all done online and by email & phone.

The guys that moved the furniture to my house were amazing!!! They were kind, careful and friendly.

They did damage my couch because it was a little hard to put in the basement.

Our move was a back to back as my husband and I were moving from same home but to different homes. The guys did great. However the driver of the truck dug a rut in our neighbors yard which we are hoping to remedy with the office. Both my husband and our neighbor have been in touch with the office.

Everything was great. Appreciated the call a couple of days before to confirm the appointment and the call to say they were going to be 15 minutes late. Definitely have customer service down. Thanks.

Everything was handled with care; even helped with dusting of some items that had been in the garage for more than a month while our basement was being restored after a flood.
