The moving price quoted to me over the phone was not the price presented to me after my piano move. The bill was higher. I paid the bill but talked with the manager and I will be refunded part of the overage. I also had to pay a large amount of money to "secure the moving date" which I did not like and which I've never had to do before. I will think twice about using this company again.

Everything was fine. There was only one issue and that was when a dolly fell into a wall and put a good sized dent in it. Brandon noted and wrote it up, but I haven’t been heard from anyone one it since the move was completed a week ago.
