The fact that I was told I would have 3 men along with veterans.. no tented TV boxes were brought as requested.. all by Shelby(Farmington Hills location) I was also told told my appointment time would be between 8-9.. movers didn’t show up until 10:20 based on the truck not being fueled up... movers did not handle property with care I had to keep asking to pick things up and stop dragging them across the back of the truck.. my two month old end table was broken in which I was advised by Brent we can repair it..just replace the table...really the table is basically brand new.. that’s a slap In the face....I paid 30.00 for insurance up to 10,500...I will never recommend this service to anyone in the near future..

I was nervous about hiring a moving company due to price and past experience, but the guys were friendly and courteous from the get-go. They moved all of my and my roommate's belongings without a hinge, demonstrated above-and-beyond attitude, and managed to stay energetic after 6 hours. They were friendly and amicable as well! My roommate and I still are very impressed with the guys who moved our stuff.

The movers, Steve and Jarrod were beyond excellent! Great attitude, professional, kind and patient! My 83 yr old mother was not the best organized but they just smiled and just kept moving and helping us out!

I called to set up an appointment and they had an opening for the next afternoon -Very happy.
They quoted price and estimated time of arrival - Very professional.
Arrived on time - quickly moved my items (at quoted price). All 3 people were very good.

There was an incident at my home where the movers dropped my refrigerator down the steps. Thank god, everyone was okay. However, my walls are not and I'm not sure if my refrigerator will work yet because my move was to a storage unit until the end of this month. I understand these things happen and that's not what upsets me. What upsets me and causing me tremendous stress is how Two Men and a Truck is handling this issue after the fact. No one calls me back!!!! Who is handling this????? It's been two weeks and nothing is happening. Very very disappointed. I still need movers from my storage units to my new home in a couple weeks and I'm considering not using you.

They kept me updated with the delays in their truck not starting and then when they had to clear out the replacement truck. They were very considerate and they worked hard despite the fact that there was supposed to be 3 of them but one guy had called off so I only had 2 guys. When it turned out my stuff was a hodge-podge & things went wrong but they kept a good chipper attitude even when they had to be exhausted.

The movers were wonderful. Had a couple large items that gave them a challenge, but they figured it out.
Will use again for future moves. Well done guys!!

The 2 guys worked so hard even after 3rd guy quit at lunch. Friendly & helpful!

My team was extremely kind, courteous, efficient, and had a great attitude during the whole process. They completed our move an hour ahead of my quoted time and were very careful with all of our things. They made the whole moving process a breeze and stress-free. I’ll never use another moving company or try to move myself again!
