The movers were awesome. Simon & Chase were amazing. Were friendly and took care of every item that was moved and did not damage a thing. Did a great job and worked really hard. Will definitely recommend them.

The moving team did an excellent job caring for our furniture, which I believe why it took all day. We were not told initial that they will charge base on the weight of everything. We were quoted 3 different prices then the last one was when we were told that they cannot unload our furniture before paying an additional ridiculously high amount. We didn’t have a choice but to pay because we just wanted to get the day over with. Going forward this company need to explain better to clients that it is base on weight and that the price quoted can be different due to the final weigh in. I did tell the person in the office all that we had so we expected a better judgement in price.

The crew in Michigan was superb but the crew in Georgia,gave our time away. We had to look for friends and relatives
To help us move. I thought how awful it was of her to do that. Her attitude was awful and she was very unpleasant. That was in Fayetteville. This is after they had to set us up for 5:30 pm. Then we called just before we left michigan and that’s when they told us we should have called her back to confirm.

Our movers, Marshall and Sean said they had never worked together before but you would never know it. Excellent teamwork, great attitude and compassionate. It felt for a moment like they were part of our family as my dad reminisced the old neighborhood with them as we moved him into a new retirement community. Thank you for the excellent work!

Young kids moved furniture from house to garage— had to touch up a wall and repaint basement floor where they drug cabinet

Wayne State uses your boxes during their halftime entertainment at basketball games, so that's how I found out about you. The movers that came were friendly, did great work and came up with solutions when we ran into unexpected problems (which is always the case with moving, lol). I really appreciated their help. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience!

Movers tracked a ton of mud onto the carpeting and lost my ironing board. Deapite numerous contacts and "Brett" coming to my house and assuring me that they would clean the carpet and deliver a new ironing board, there's been no follow up. Stairs still dirty & no ironing board. Movers were polite, acknowledged mistake & wrote damage report. Brett dropped trhe ball.

I was not present when service was performed and was dissapointed in the fact that there was no mention of the damages done to my walls, wood trim and the desk that they brought up from the basement. In addition they left to drawer guides on the floor, and I can not figure how to reinstall them. I left a message regarding same yesterday but as of now I have not heard back from them. I will call again soon.
