Brendan and the other mover were excellent. They were very fast and took great care of my furniture. It was my first time using a moving company and saw them around a lot. I will use this service again!

They arrived and got right to work then worked continuously until the job was done

1st Part of Move took place on 10/15/2019. The initial movers were excellent...very friendly, respectful, and hard working. Then a "supervisor" showed up and things got a little hectic. When they attempted to load my almost brand new gas range onto the truck, the original movers wanted to take it up a ramp, but the supervisor made the decision to lift it about 4 feet up onto the truck. Well that didn't turn out well. As it was almost onto the edge of the truck, the supervisor let go and the "range" came crashing down onto the concrete driveway. The entire front glass was shattered, pieces flew everywhere, there were scratches & dents. This range dropped about 4 feet onto the front facing door. I hate to think what was internally damaged. It was NOT the initial movers fault.

All went well as drivers called on their way and worked quickly but carefully. However, a couple items did get bumped toward end of trip and am waiting for call to work on repair. The workers had to do multiple deliveries and were able to manage that and steps as well as being cooperative and polite on adding a few items. If Mike could contact me, I would like to talk with him. Thank you

There were several things broken pictures, stands ect.... I'm missing a lot of furniture, tools ect... I've been waiting now 3 days still with no clear date as to when the rest of my stuff will be delivered or if the even found all my missing stuff. My experiencing working with two men and a truck has been very very poor.

Movers were very good, I would have rated you as exceptional on all items, but one over had some grease or something on the bottom of their shoe and marked up the carpeting. I am waiting for response on if you will have some clean the carpeting to remove the stains. If that is done correctly I would give you an exceptional and highly recommend you to others.

- Sent two new people (1) only with the company 6 weeks the other (1) his first week
- Michael can’t be in two places at one time, I ended up telling the new workers what they should be doing. One example, the younger new guy he started lifting really light stuff so he did not have to pick up the heavy stuff, and I said you can’t put heavy stuff on light stuff so you need to put the light stuff on top of the heavy stuff.
- The young guy put his foot on my chair and I was appalled & I had to ask him to take his foot off of my chair & scratch his leg with out using my chair, the worker started laughing in disbelief that he just did that
- The younger worker was talking to a lady in a car, I went up to him and said YOU ARE ON MY TIME $245 an hour

I had gaps with nothing being moved, none of the 4 crew members being present. Had 4 men assigned to move 24 pieces. Even employee said “they got you good”, referring to the customer service rep. They broke a cabinet of mine and upon follow up, I had to reach out first, and reply was “repair vendor will reach out at some point”. Who? When? Where do they do work? Not confident in my broken item ever getting replaced.
