My movers, John, Dave & Mike were heaven sent. Moving from Farmington Michigan to Livonia Michigan from a house to the fourth story apartment! WOW JUST WOW!

Everything was good except the price. $425 to move a bed and a boxspring 10 miles is too much.

We appreciate your feedback. We do have a 1 hour minimum but the price can be affected by long walks, tight spaces or hallways, weather conditions and stairways. Please do accept our apologies as we work as safely and quicly as possible to get your belonings relocated for you. We hope you would be willing to give us another try in the future. We would love to exceed your expectations!

Couldn’t have asked for more competent or polite movers. Verbally walked through moves necessary to handle large pieces (baby grand piano), took care to not get skin oils on brass parts of grandfather clock, etc. Handled each piece with care and concern. Plus the price was amazing. I would use your company again in a minute. Thank you.

Never again. Such limited time to report damage is crazy, and they wanted to challenge me for reporting something too late when the last day of my 96 hours was a HOLIDAY! Still finding damage over 2 weeks later, both to furnishings and the houses; which is now unreportable. We had 3 reports before they even left the houses and the additional one I argued to get within an adjusted-for-holidays 96 hours. And STILL haven't been able to talk to anyone about resolution (okay, first few days of that is the cable company's fault for not getting my phone number moved and we didn't know it was out; but they've had the right number for 7 business days).
Milo was very good. He knows how to think through getting large pieces moved around without causing damage. He was trying to teach a new guy some tricks of the trade, but new guy wasn't getting it.
Tristian was also very good, right up until he used a dolly to move in the very last piece (dryer) and scratched the floor. No idea why we were never offered to protect the hardwood floor, but definitely should have been offered (well, should be included, but that's a different topic).
Much of the damage we're finding makes it very clear that pieces we not properly wrapped all the way to the bottom. Other damage makes it obviously things were dropped, or rubbed against painted house trim (white paint transferred onto wood furniture, again lack of proper wrapping).
Marks on many walls in the new home. Builder grade paint marks easily and they brushed jackets, hands, furniture or boots in SO many areas of the house. Including on the wall opposite the toilet because someone can't judge how far to step back when finished! (Nothing was moved into ANY bathroom.)
I tried putting off the survey until the damage resolution was at least underway, if not complete, so I could maybe give more positive feedback, but..... well..... still waiting....
