You had one new employee. The two regulars were very good at training. They gave helpful tips in a positive way that never implied the new person was not doing something correctly. In fact they even said every person has their own way of doing things but I find this way works well for me. They were all quick and friendly.

We had a hard working team of three men. Unfortunately, the day started with a dispatcher calling to say that two men did not show up for work that day so the new team they were sending would be a couple hours late to our job. Our crew was hard working, however, when paying $219/hour, I don't like seeing texting and cell phones in use on my my tab. Travel time for could have been used for this.

Our movers, John and JC were competent and professional. I appreciated the steps they took to insure movement of heavy objects and appliances did not impact my home's wood floors, walls and doorways. In addition, no negative impact to the new stainless appliances was incurred due to their attention to wrap and protect these items.
