The crew that showed up to help pack and move were not good. The manager/leader was on his phone 90% of the time talking to family/friends. They missed packing three cabinets and an entire closet. They broke several items in the move because they just shoved things in boxes and they packed my storage unit very awkwardly.

At first it was a rough start due to the initial quote only accounting for my large items and one of the movers displaying a very negative attitude. However, once Mike the manager was contacted he made everything right and salvaged the entire experience. He is the sole reason I would recommend this company to anyone. He made the quote right and ensured we were pleased with the move

Box springs should also be covered. Our king box springs were damaged and dirty due to being placed on the floor of the truck.

Amazing experience. Really experienced moving team. I was moving from a rather full 1bed room apartment to a new home! I was nervous about the move, preparing since weeks, but it went so smoothly. I had packed most of the boxes, we didn’t have the time tape the boxes, and they took it, nothing in those boxes shook, or fell down. Would definitely recommend.
