The moving team arrived with a small rented truck without any moving equipment. They were super slow and took multiple smoke breaks. They appeared not to want to work or to milk the time. They were only able to move my sister and not my brother, throughly disappointed with this move. I hired a second company to move my brother the next day and they completed his move with two mover and less time.

The truck that arrived was too small. I was advised that I was out of luck and they couldn't make 2 trips to complete my move. They dragged furniture and damaged the hard wood floors instead of putting a blanket under it.

The crew was prompt and courteous. They communicated well with me and each other. Took great care of my personal belongings and ensured I was satisfied at each interval of the move.

The crew that showed up to help pack and move were not good. The manager/leader was on his phone 90% of the time talking to family/friends. They missed packing three cabinets and an entire closet. They broke several items in the move because they just shoved things in boxes and they packed my storage unit very awkwardly.
