IT WAS A LOT TO BE DESIRED. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP THEY ACT AS IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW TO DO .THEY STOOD AROUND NOT MOVING WITH TIME ALOTTED. I GAVE THE DRIVER THE 2 PIECE SOFA,HE EVEN ASKED FOR THE DOG CAGE BECAUSE HIS MOTHER HAD JUST GOTTEN A DOG THE DAY BEFORE. THE LANDLORD EVEN TRIED TO ASSIST THEM. I HAD TO AN EXTRA $145 OR $50 ONCE THEY FINISHED UNLOADING AT 14313 FAUST AVE DO TO THEIR LAZINESS/OR DIDN'T HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO MOVE PEOPLES BELONGINGS. VERY,VERY POOR SERVICE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY PERIOD.TRULY NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

My only complaint is the two movers were not told that I wanted to switch out two beds, a request that I made initially when calling to schedule the move.

I had been to Chicago and I met a franchisee from your company (not your franchise I think) and we talked at length about the moving business. I was very impressed by what he said. So when the time came I hired your group.

I had three guys help me move. They worked quickly and were extremely helpful. They wrapped everything and really handled everything with care. When we got the belongings to my final destination they asked me where I wanted everything and put everything together. They all had great attitudes and weren't too bad to spend part of a day with!

Very great experience. Only thing is that I didn't receive a welcome letter explaining how to pack which I think I was supposed to. Worked out anyway because I read things online and the movers were understanding about a couple of items. Will definitely use this service again, really appreciate the expertise of my moving team. They were super friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain how my Sleep Number worked, among other things. Shana in the office was amazing on the phone and explained the billing process very well, and was also nearly dead on with the estimate! Thank again to everyone.
