The team both in the office and the moving team on the day were extremely courteous and exceeded my expectation in every way. In particular the team that moved my items were extremely efficient and broke nothing - I was very happy to have them and would recommend them.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The boxes looked like they were packed by children. There was absolutely no care for our things in how boxes were packed. We had to repack each box. If we had moved with the way they were packed we would have lost thousands of dollars from our belongings breaking and worse, precious memories. It made me wonder what kind of training was provided to the packers. The job was abhorrent. The only good thing I will say is that Paris in the office was very kind and helpful.
