my son was home when the movers came,the men entered and loaded some furniture a couch and a chair also four bar stools.they broke down my bed frame in the master bedroom,took the mirror of my dresser and then called me and told me they saw a bed bug and that they could no longer move a thing in the apartment.then asked me to choose between moving what was on the truck or them bringing the furniture back inside. I know this is company policy but I was never offered my money back or any portion of it. my bed was broke down , mirror was taken off the dresser and I never saw a bed bug. I have a bad back or I would have moved my self I had no one to turn to I turn to your company and got no love I work at general motors and im sharing my experience with your company to anybody that will liste

WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOUR WEEKS FOR A DAMAGE CHECK THAT WAS ONLY GOING TO TAKE ONE WEEK. AND A VENT COVER WAS LOSS DURING THE MOVE WERE STILL WAITING ON. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU ALL'S FOLLOW UP AFTER THE SALE. FEELS LIKE TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN

I like how they used mats on the floor at the house i was moving from. They didnandacirc;??t use mats however at my new apartment which left the floor pretty dirty.

The movers were excellent! No complaints about having to move in the bitter cold. Each one was very polite, courteous and professional. They moved me in record time and double checked placement on every item at the destination. Would highly recommend this company and the movers. Jesse did a great job as crew leader. Couldn't have asked for better guys!
