Office service was great the people I talked to were clear and quickly gave me what I needed and explained everything. The two men who moved my property were awesome. They were very careful with my items yet moved everything in a timely fashion. I was very please with the overall service.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The boxes looked like they were packed by children. There was absolutely no care for our things in how boxes were packed. We had to repack each box. If we had moved with the way they were packed we would have lost thousands of dollars from our belongings breaking and worse, precious memories. It made me wonder what kind of training was provided to the packers. The job was abhorrent. The only good thing I will say is that Paris in the office was very kind and helpful.
