Charles and Floyd were awesome. Fast, professional, patient with my mother (who has dementia), clean, courteous. I would recommend them and will use them again when we move.

The movers were fun and professional. They really eased our anxiety. They took care of our furniture very carefully and asked questions along the way to discern where we wanted our stuff placed. It was my second positiveexperience with Two Men and a Truck, and I will use it again if needed in the future!

The office staff over priced the entire move but the movers were nice and respectful as well as courteous. Nothing was broken and the move was quick.

Because we charge by the hour, quite often the actual price is lower than quoted and we will always only charge for the actual time used. The office staff must use estimates based off the computer software. We hope that this will help you understand why your estimate was higher than the actual job. I do enjoy 2 Men and a Truck and there assistance in helping our company for our packing and moving needs, I just would like for them to please take in consideration that all our moves are for clients that hire our company Master Care Restoration to pack there homes out due to smoke or water damage, so if they could call me or one of ours staff members who are on location waiting for them to show up a courtesey call when they are physically on the way to the appointment, it help us keep our waiting clients inform.

This was my 3rd time using Two Men and a Truck. I’ve always had great experiences and have always recommended them to friends when they needed movers. During this most recent experience, my order was not properly processed in the office from the call-taker. The employee was young and new and already has a reputation with the moving crew and other Two Men locations as someone that always messes things up. And she certainly did that with my order. The movers showed up with too small of a truck and my move was not completed. The movers refused to do a second trip so whatever didn’t fit in the first trip I was on my own to move for myself. That defeated the whole point of hiring movers. I spent the next day and a half hauling car loads of stuff to my new house on my own. Not happy at all.

Courtney in the office was wonderful helping me out of a jam. The team, Mike and Mike were great. They introduced themselves, went through what needed to be moved with me, then wrapped and moved all the items very efficiently. Once at their destination Mike and Mike moved everything to the new space and even moved a few more pieces of furniture around for me. They were cheerful and courteous and I would certainly ask for this particular team again.
