The three movers were incredible. I forget their names but they were so much better than any movers ive had in the past. Took pride in their work, never complained, did an amazing fast and safe job. Enough cannot be said

My movers were wonderful! They were timely and professional. I really appreciate the care they used when handling my boxes and furniture. I was especially impressed with how efficient they were...I was very pleased with my experience and will use their services for future moves.

My TV was damaged in the move, movers didn’t zip up the box spring cover. One of the mover was trying to leave the box spring without applying a few screws , I said no that’s not acceptable then he finished it.

For the most part, the movers were very careful. However, there are two gouges in the wallpaper of the house I am leaving. The gouges are not large or deep, but they are very obvious.

I was impressed by the speed of the move and the professionalism of the movers. They finished faster than the original estimate, although that's because I had fewer bulky items.

I am very pleased overall with the move, and would highly recommend the company.

Before the movers even started the job, one of them told me how he was in a bad mood. This seemed to translate with how our things were taken care of. They damaged our floors and walls in our brand new construction home. Literally dropping and dragging the couch across the wood floor!

The service was excellent. The only complaint I have is that I was supposed to get a call when the movers were on their way, so I could wrap up and leave work in time to meet them. Not only did they not call ahead, they entered the vacant property when I was not there and removed the refrigerator. There happened to be folks working in the house at the time and let them take it. But then the crew had to sit and wait for me at the destination anyway because I had not been called, and I had to I drop everything at work to rush home to meet them. So I also did not get a chance to make sure they did not damage the new kitchen floor I had just had installed in the old house. I really wish I had gotten the call I was promised. Outside of that I am very happy with the move.

The move started out ok, but when it came time to start physically moving items, it deteriorated. We had 3 movers for our move and were only having them move the large items from our home. They were disorganized in their approach to which rooms to do first, and it made it difficult to keep them from moving items we didn't want moved. They damaged a few pieces of furniture, damaged parts of our home, took apart items that shouldn't have been, didn't take apart items that should have, didn't put items back together (or properly), dropped items, and left parts at the old residence. For the amount of money we paid, this should not have happened. It also took excessively long for what was being moved, and how many movers we had. We are NOT happy.
