My Brother had used your Co. Before.
I was very pleased with the help they provided . I'm disabled & they helped me a lot by packing up a few things & helping me make sure that the storage locker would be empty when we were done ... Great service - the moving crew was outstanding! I did explain to the office person that my move was to another apartment in the same building so the crew should bring the smallest vehicle available that day. But they message didn't get to the crew, so they brought a giant moving truck. Service was still great!

Overall the whole team was thoughtful, courteous, and careful with our move coordination and possessions. The movers were efficient and engaging. The office staff was respectful.
Three things (looking back) I wish occurred differently...1) that office staff confirm via phone or email 2-3 days before move, especially since ours was a Sunday move...2) that the third mover start packing the kitchen immediately while the other two moved items, and maybe they rotate to ensure no one gets tired out...3) that the moving team have access to additional supplies on weekend for Sunday move - our team ran out of supplies (due to underestimate on our end, I’m sure) but their supply was closed due to Sunday, however we were able to get the additional boxes and tape.
Still a great experience!

The moving men were friendly but moved SLOWLY!!!!! My goodness, it took 8 hours to move what 2 men took 4 hours before. I had to keep them going as one of the movers was distracted by his phone all day, I would catch him sitting and texting or lounging.

The moving team was not very polite and they were rough with my furniture. Since my move, I have noticed a lot of damages to my pieces that were not there before. Since it was such a small move, I would have expected better service.
