Our movers were awesome! It rained on the day of the move...sometimes it even rained cats and dogs. They had to take two breaks because it was raining so hard, and they didn't charge us for those breaks. They also had to move my son's furniture, boxes, etc., up three flights of stairs, and they didn't complain at all. Awesome team! I would highly recommend them!

The four guys with 2 big moving trucks that moved all of our household belonging did an outstanding job. They worked fast and rapped all furniture
and fragile items very carefully. They were very careful with everything they moved. I would highly recommend the guys from two men in a truck from Clarkston Michigan.

I have personally used moving services in the past, this was my first with your company and will be the last. From the start it was horrible, we booked our move several days ahead yet the morning of the move the time changed significantly due to errors in your scheduling dept. it was 6 hours later the move was done, screwing up our out of town plans. The movers showed and dumped all of the furniture right in front of the door making it impossible to get through. Myself and children had to move it. The movers left their dolly behind. Very unorganized company and I will let as many people as possible know.

Everything went really well from start to finish. The only problem I had was in trying to reach the office there often was a recording and I generally didn't get the same person twice. Also I had to stop by your Rochester location and you really NEED A SIGN on your office door! The two young men who moved my belongings were very good.

Meghan at the office was wonderful and provided immediate efficient service. My moving team, Brad and Don were courteous, friendly and very helpful. I'd use them again. Unfortunately, we had a mishap with a large mirror which was artwork, although they wrapped it properly, I don't think they realized how fragile it was and it probably should have been boxed as well. It broke and will be difficult to replace, if at all. I also had my 43 in 4k TV screen damaged. I don't know if they wrapped it and unwrapped it in the truck. They did take care when they brought it in and faced it against the wall so it wouldn't get bumped. Accidents happen, I understand. I'm waiting to hear from management regarding replacement. I'll assume I have prompt service with the claim.
