The four men were very helpful and fast. There was one item forgotten and one item broken but overall, they did a great job. It was a difficult move with several very heavy items and they moved everything quickly without complaint.

Both movers were great - took great care and were efficient but not rushed. We really appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail.

The team was very nice and very dedicated during the move. They made sure to check with me where to locate items, they explained clearly what they could move or not. The service was fast and clear every step of the way. Even though there was one item damaged the team leader quickly reacted and escalated for resolution.

Move went well. My washer was dented and I still have not heard back from the office.

The team of movers that arrived to move our tenant's fixtures were very knowledgeable and handle all of the items with care. They took direction great and did everything I had asked for and suggested a few ideas as well. I was so happy with how they handled everything that I requested to have them come back a couple of days later to move everything back as they were familiar with the space, fixtures and layout. The office worked to get both of the workers back out onsite a few days later for me. Upon the second trip out to move everything back they did an awesome job and it went very quick.
There was some damage to a table during the move, Two Men & A Truck handled it quickly and ordered/sent a replacement of the same table.
Very happy with my experience & will hire again.

The men were prompt and polite, especially the lead mover. The move took much longer than I expected, and I discovered damage to several items, including large furniture and items that were carefully packed and marked ‘fragile’. I spoke to office staff about this and they said they’d be forwarding concerns to management and I have been ignored. I have to replace dishes, crock pot, salt lamp, etc, and have damage to my armoire and other pieces. Furniture the movers disassembled and left at the previous residence was strewn about the room. I would not recommend this service to a friend.

Overall I was pleased with Two Men and a Truck, with the exception of the four inch gash in my wood flooring that I didn't notice until after they had left. I went through and made sure everything had been delivered (one piece was still on the truck), thus didn't notice the gash in the wood flooring.

Some furniture scratches, some missing items, high cost

I’ve used this company before. They were AMAZING. Unfortunately the clarkston office isn’t as wonderful. The movers forgot to pack and take a lot
Of my items, couple things were broken and they did nothing to fix the issues. Told me I would have to pay more money to have someone come pack and move the rest. And never followed up with the broken items. As the Ann Arbor crew packed and moved EVERYTHING in my house down to the trash that was laying on the floor. Fixed a damaged item immediately and took money off my bill because of it. Now THATS customer service! They are the reason I came back. Clarkston would be a reason I wouldn’t.
