Nov 16th, my frustration and disappointment continues to grow. Andrew from Waterford has not yet responded with a resolution.
Nov 12th Andrew and I talked about the unsatisfactory move that occurred 11 days earlier. Andrew agreed that there were issues and offered to resolve by Nov 14th. Adding to the frustration is that it took 4 calls (2 each with the Waterford office andamp; corporate office) andamp; an email to the corporate office before Andrew called me.
Nov 1st-11th, 4 phone calls and an email before someone contacted me to discuss the unsatisfactory move.
Oct 31st, unsatisfactory move that took +10 hours to complete the move of my items (+6 hours packing, 2 hours unpacking), movers stepped on furniture, pushed vs lifted furniture, and laid items unprotected on their sides.

Mover should of had booties on their feet. They tracked mud into my house. Other than that everything was great.
