My first contact with TM andamp; T was at the OPC Senior Expo and that is when I choose them. All of my contacts since then have been excellent. The two men who did my move were hard working and did an excellent job in all respects.

The office staff was very thorough in explaining the terms of the move. My two movers arrived promptly and with enthusiasm. They were very accommodating with my special concerns. They had no issues moving my bulkier and heavier items. I would highly recommend this moving company.

The guys that showed up were awesome and very professional and friendly. They showed up on time and worked quickly and finished everything without incidents. I would highly recommend them to others and would not hesitate to use them in the future for my moving needs.

The crews are awesome. My moving day was raining, they covered every piece of my stuff both moved in and out. I have a lot of loose items that didnandacirc;??t put into boxes, they tried to carry as many as they can every time and tried to help me save time. Overall, they are awesome!

Movers entered home with no shoe covers. Foot prints over a black marble floor and white rug. Finally removed shoes. Knocked over a small statue while taping TV. I was told transit time would be 20 minutes. Drivers attempted to bill me 27 minutes each way. Move took no more than 10 minutes.

Since it is a safety hazard to wear booties while moving furniture, our men do not wear them to prevent injuries and accidents. Also, Bing maps indicates that the drive time between the two locations would take 26 minutes with light traffic, and our GPS shows it took our men 25 minutes and you were billed accordingly. In addition, your move was completed under the estimated time. We did discuss these concerns with you and came to a resolution. Pleas to not hesitate to call our office if you would like to talk further. The guys that showed up did a fantastic job. They arrived, looked at what had to be moved, got right to work, amd didn't slow down until they were done. Very polite, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better move. Seriously they far exceeded my expectations for the day.
