Office staff to moving crew well trained, polite, respected my possessions and friendly. Will hire again for my next move! Also highly recommend this company to others. The movers did a GREAT job! They were easy to work with. They carefully loaded the truck to protect anything from getting damaged.
They brought 2 trucks, just in case, but were able to get everything in one truck (It was really full) and drove 287 miles the first day. ....unloaded in 4 hours the next day and drove back. I got a call the morning of the move to say they were on their way to my house and a follow up call after the move from the office staff.

Excellent service from start to finish!!!! The customer service ladies (Kendra and Megan) I spoke with were awesome to work with! They helped me coordinate my (internal) move and made sure I was kept informed -all the way up until 15 minutes before the schedule time of my move. The (2) delivery men that moved my furniture (Noah and I believe name was Trey (sp)) did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend them and this company for any/all moving needs! Exceeded all of my expectations!

The 4 guys that did the move were great - they were upbeat and friendly. they took the move seriously but had enough fun together that the stress of moving was decreased. They were courteous and made sure I was comfortable with the progress of the move and where all the pieces were going.
The scheduler walked me through move options that would be more affordable based on the day of the move vs convenience of weekend move - in a friendly & helpful manner. There was a call the AM of move and follow up call after the move.

These guys worked very hard all day - there were many heavy items that went into the basement which had to be accessed down a hill and through the walk out or down stairs. They even moved a piece of furniture as I decided I didn't like where it was originally put at my direction. Very nice, polite and extremely hard workers. The lead was a genius getting everything to fit like a puzzle into the truck.
