Was scheduled with a location that I did not call and was not informed of, causing an hour of charged drive time. Movers were extremely slow, damaged one item and knicked a wall

They chipped my wall corners 5 times, worked slowly the entire time, pulled over and took a break on the way to other location and charged me for that time. I will never use this company again.

The movers were very courteous and worked diligently to get as much of my stuff moved into my new house as possible before hitting their time limit on the first day. There was some minor damage to a few items, and the movers took care to document this. Overall, I was happy with my moving experience and would recommend Two Men and a Truck.

The overall experience was good but most of my wood furniture arrived with at least one scar, some even more. Great care was taken to wrap some of the furniture in moving blankets and plastic wrap but other pieces, not so much. My leather loveseat gained a split in the seat cushion because my wooden end tables were placed on it. Some tables that were taken apart by them were not reassembled but I was able to locate the hardware. The team worked quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. They worked around some tricky unload scheduling involving pet cages where other companies could/would not.

Service was excellent with one exception: I have a sleep by number mattress and warned movers to be careful. They took it apart and were not able to put it back together. I was frustrated with the results.

I was very pleased with the crew with one exception. They left some damage on door and baseboard moldings that will require sanding, repainting and possibly patching. Not a huge deal, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

Hi, I first want to say this was difficult to rate because several of your people were awesome to work with. My issues are as follows - our one mover Savion was very professional and courteous. Nicholas was our other mover, we started off great and as the move progress we went down hill. I do believe some of this is because it was warm and they didn't take any breaks to get food. Nicholas at one point was very frustrated and some simple fixable mistakes happen. Twice the walls that were just recently painted were scuffed and a desk broke. The other issue was it was extremely warm and Nicholas was sweating through his shirt. At times sweat was left on my furniture and was a little bothersome. I have used your services multiple times and usually it is always great, maybe just an off day.

The four men were very helpful and fast. There was one item forgotten and one item broken but overall, they did a great job. It was a difficult move with several very heavy items and they moved everything quickly without complaint.

Both movers were great - took great care and were efficient but not rushed. We really appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail.

The team was very nice and very dedicated during the move. They made sure to check with me where to locate items, they explained clearly what they could move or not. The service was fast and clear every step of the way. Even though there was one item damaged the team leader quickly reacted and escalated for resolution.
