As you can see from the ratings above, I was overall highly pleased by the services that I received. I know that this is serious hard labor and I respect that, but as a customer, I saw where some improvements could be made. First, it seemed that one mover did the majority of the work (Jesse) and this significantly slowed the process. Second, there was a lot of on site decision confusion that slowed down the move as well. Examples: over 20 minutes taken to explain a liability form for which we had no objections to and then locate said form for signing. Becoming very discombobulated when the realization was made that there were more than 40 boxes. When on the phone with the office, guesstimates are made; it should be explained to the customer that exact #s make the movers less anxious. Thx.

I didn't agree with the fact that my friends whom I brought to help were not allowed to load up the truck. I've moved and used moving companies (first time with TMAAT) nearly a dozen times. I have always been able to utilize friends and walk things into the truck.

The price quoted on the phone was WAY OFF from what I paid.

They took care of being on time. Got another truck out because the truck that was to pick up my stuff was going to be running longer at other job.

Sorry this is so late... the guys were Awesome. They were very professional, courteous and kind. They handled my belongings with respect and care. I would definitely use Two Men / Truck again

The entire staff was courteous and very professional.

They went above and beyond what I was expecting. They did everything with a smile on their face. Very nice at all times. It was a great experience and will definitely use them again if we move, and will highly recommend them to others.

The movers was great. They wrapped our expensive stuff and moved rapidly. I would hire them again.

The guys did a great job of moving. Very courteous and looked out for my best interests of my belongings.
