Nancy my first contact was very personable and helpful. She welcomed questions and made her self accessible. She always returned calls same day even after hours. Josh lead of the moving team, kind and courteous. I especially appreciated the fact they moved a bulky piece of furniture twice. They were safe, efficient and took care with the furniture as well as the home moving from and to.

Purchased your insurance and was not told that there was a deadline of 90 hours or what ever the unrealistic time frame is. I was ripped off by your insurance policy and am very angry with your company.
