I was impressed with the stead effort by the moving crew. Nice and friendly

My experience with Two Men And A Truck (TMAAT) was exceptional. Both movers were professional, but I feel that Mike went above and beyond. I asked if TMAAT offered a service that would take unwanted clothing and other items to a local charity (e.g., Goodwill, Salvation Army) and Mike indicated that the Company does not offer that service. However, he offered to personally take my items to a local charity near where he lived. Thanks for the great service.

The only glitch in the process was the start time was over an hour earlier than expected. But your employees from the office staff to the movers were
courteous and hard working. The movers had to take off the door to a refrigerator in order to get it through the door and did an excellent job. They never seemed under any stress -always polite and respectful! We are seniors and appreciated your excellent service!

This experience with the Bay City team was exceptional! Our first experience with Mt. Pleasant was not a good experience!
The Bay City team demonstrated experience and knowledge!
Patti from the office really took great care of us and helped with the stress of this out of State move! Rob and Matt were wonderful through out the entire process! Rob is very knowledgeable and should be training for corporation! He definitely should train the Mt. Pleasant team! Rob knows how to move a piano and we had no damage to it this time! The guys were respectful of us and our belongings! We are grateful for their hard work!

Jordan and Tyler were on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They were friendly and professional. They also went the “the extra mile” for me, a single older woman.

they called and could meet me early, were at the store before I got there, I left the store and went home and they got there same time I did, unloaded the furniture and placed it where I asked, and even plugged in the control. The price they charged me was what was quoted. I will use your company again when needed and will recommend to others.

From the first inquiry I made over the phone, to the estimate, to the contract, and deposit. To the right on time moving team of Connor & Alex who were so cheerful and customer service oriented, the whole experience was great. I could not have asked for a better moving team. They were so conscientious, and just kept moving the whole time. All my belongings arrived safely & in great condition.. They placed everything right where I wanted it. I don't want to move again anytime soon, but if I had to, I would specifically request Connor & Alex. What a team! Thank you, Two Men & a Truck for making my transition to as new home so much easier! I had some furniture that needed to be moved down in the basement. I was concerned my couch would not make it downstairs and was hesitant in booking the service. I contacted Two Men and a Truck and Meredith understood my concern and helped me work through a solution. My movers Todd and Christian were wonderful! They were optimistic and extremely energetic even after coming from a prior job. They were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend the service. Thanks for your hard work!

They where on time, polite, efficient, fast, and accommodating.

The team of Mike, Isaiah and Jarrod was outstanding. From the time they arrived to load up until they delivered everything to our home, they were absolute pros. Mike told us everything they were going to do and how the move would look as soon as they arrived. Their care of our furniture and boxes was exceptional.

It was a hot and humid day, and they never slowed down and never complained. I was concerned about them, but they just kept on working.

I am truly impressed with the job that was done and have already been telling all of our friends about it. I would never use a different company.
