My grandfather clock pendulum was put on crooked, another guy came today and said everything was put back right and Mayb it is not level but couldn’t do anything about it! I didn’t like that answer!

The guys did not get over 25% of my belongings. Which includes 6’ tables, chairs, plenty of closed boxes.

The two men were very polite and helpful. My only complaint is that I had marked some boxes fragile, and I mentioned it to them. When I unloaded i found a large box on top on one that was labeled fragile. I have not opened the boxes yet, so I hope nothing is damaged. Other than that I would have given excellent.

We were very happy overall with Patti, Ed, Steve and Kane and the Two Men and a Truck team that moved us to Ohio. They handled each item moved with care on both ends of the move. I was disappointed that, when the move only required one truck instead of the quoted two, and that the overall volume of the move was only 7,000 lbs instead of the estimated 11,000 lbs, that my price was not adjusted somewhat to account for the lower costs involved, since I was told by Patti Pula that weight and equipment used is a major factor in the price quote for intra-state moves as governed by Federal Trucking Laws. I feel that less equipment used to move less volume deserved a reduction in charges. I asked for an adjustment, but Steve said NO.

Everything was great. the only concern I had was that the truck did not have room for all my stuff so I either have to rent another truck or haul the remaining stuff myself.

I had two pieces of furniture that were damaged in the move. One was a table that had a bottom shelf broken in half. The other was a desk that had a significant ding in it. The movers were nice but seemed inexperienced. They also nearly got stuck in the driveway and made large deep tracts in the drive that will need to be repaired.

My only disappointment is no call back about damaged property once I notified the office. I expect repair will be made, but at this time there has been no resolution about my complaint.
